Summary
The AI Partner will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating and deploying high‑impact artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation applications at the site level.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with lean teams, functions and stakeholders to proactively identify and evaluate high‑impact AI/ML opportunities at the site.
Act as a key AI partner to cross‑functional project teams.
Guide teams through the potential and limitations of AI/ML to address specific business challenges.
Translate business challenges into clear problem statements, measurable success criteria and value hypotheses.
Coach teams in AMP 2.0, helping them develop their own use cases.
Develop proof‑of‑concept (POC) for high‑impact opportunities.
Work with the PT Central AI team to run feasibility tests or adapt existing use cases.
Scale AI POCs to production‑scale deployments.
Activate the business impact of AI solutions at the site.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical/electronics engineering, data science, artificial intelligence or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in industrial application of AI/ML, POCs and first deployments.
Experience with data integration (SQL, APIs, ETL, data quality checks) and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES).
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Lean/Kaizen practices, especially moderating workshops.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
Desired Characteristics
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good understanding of project management, including agile methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of on‑site activities.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Effective collaboration within diverse cross‑functional teams.

Salary range €45,400 – €68,000 gross per annum.
Variable AIP annual bonus plan (target 10% of base salary).
