Mission: As part of the Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) shapes the future of Demand S&OP.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and continuously improve global Demand S&OP processes, models, governance and KPIs; design standard operating models and ensure end‑to‑end consistency across regions.
Lead the standardisation and maturity evolution of S&OP IBP processes globally, including FVA (Forecast Value Added) and maturity models.
Drive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP), manage releases, lead UAT and contribute to AI‑enabled planning capabilities.
Define the planning capability framework, assess gaps and implement up‑skilling programmes for a global planning community.
Act as change leader, coach regional stakeholders and ensure proper training, communication and documentation.
Coordinate with Supply, Finance, Commercial and Innovation functions and collaborate with regional CoEs and other corporate CoEs.
Experience & Background:
6‑10 years in Planning S&OP/IBP roles with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience in global or regional planning leadership and transformation programmes.
Experience in process design, standardisation and operating‑model definition, preferably in multinational FMCG/CPG environments.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
Knowledge of data models, KPIs and planning performance frameworks; experience with SAP IBP preferred; familiarity with AI/advanced analytics is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical mindset and change‑management skills.
