Position Summary
As Digital Social Content Lead for S Pellegrino and Acqua Panna you will shape how two iconic premium brands connect with consumers across social platforms and creator communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve global social and creator strategies, translating trends and platform insights into high‑impact initiatives.
Own the day‑to‑day governance of the Global Content Studio, managing planning, production workflows, agency relationships and creative quality standards.
Identify, develop and scale creator partnerships across markets, defining frameworks and activation models.
Support local market teams and agency partners with best practices, strategic guidance and consistent execution.
Integrate social and creator thinking into integrated brand campaigns.
Own reporting frameworks, turning performance data into actionable insights for optimisation.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years managing global or multi‑market social and creator programmes.
Proven experience in content production across formats (social‑first, creator content, campaign assets).
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional international teams.
Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and content trends.
Strategic mindset combined with execution and project‑management skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
